Beginners

Beginners courses run at various times in the year and cost 40.00 for adults and 20.00 for juniors (under18). This includes all equipment hire for all the lessons, which usually run on weekend mornings between 09:00 and 12:00. For further information contact us at email@the-foxes.org.uk 

The course will teach you the basics of shooting safely, and include the following:

How to assemble/disassemble a take-down bow.
Shooting barebow (without a sight).
Shooting with sights.
Different types of archery/bows/arrows/other kit.
Scoring and tournaments.
A mini tournament at the end to test your new skills.

Safety is paramount and a safety briefing will be given at the start of the course.
